De Oester lies just outside the village of de Cocksdorp in the northerly part of Texel at the meeting point of the North Sea beach and the Wad (Mudflats), on the the small bungalow park `Schelpenoord`. The upstairs has become a nice place with a generous sitting area and sleeping accommodation.
Within walking distance of:
- the lighthouse
- catamaran sailing school
- the ferry to Vlieland (only in summer)
Pets are not allowed in De Oester.

De Oester is een vrolijk, zonnig eilander vakantiehuis met veel lichtinval geschikt voor vier tot maximaal zes personen. Het huis heeft op de begane grond twee twee-persoons slaapkamers. Na een renovering heeft de bovenverdieping een ruime slaapkamer met extra zithoek en wastafel. Het huis ligt op een kleinschalig recreatiepark aan de Noord-Oostkant van Texel, op de scheiding van de Wadden- en Noordzee. Wij verhuren voor een week van zaterdag tot zaterdag. In de Oester mag niet gerookt worden.
